All orders placed after 11 AM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM will begin processing on the following Monday.

In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by using the Royal Mail tracking service.

{% capture Answer_4_Content %}All orders are sent via Royal Mail + will require a signature upon arrival, if there is nobody home to collect the item a calling card will be left and the item will need to be collected from the local post office.

We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged, there is no way for us to estimate what these may be, for you to do so we advice that you contact your local customs office for further help.

{% capture Answer_5_Content %}If you are not completely happy with your order you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund will be issued back onto the card that was used for the original payment within 7 days of us receiving the item back. All returns must be unworn / unused + in the original packaging with all tags attached otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.
You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the item unless the item is faulty in which case once we receive the item back we will refund the cost of the item + postage.

You must obtain proof of postage + failure to do so may result in your refund not being able to be processed as we cannot except any responsibility for items that may have been lost via delivery.

Items that cannot be returned are:

- Sale items.

- Any form of pierced jewellery.
